What we cannot help with
We are not able to provide technical support, account help, billing assistance, refunds or cancellations for GOM Player+ or for any other product mentioned on this website. We also cannot supply codecs, subtitle files, licence keys or GOM credits, and we cannot change what a particular file requires in order to play. Those requests must go to the product's own provider, whose support channels are listed on its official website and inside the application.
